Soul Retrieval Ceremony 5/24

We are gathering for an in person ceremony to shed light on how we are currently suffering from collective Susto. Susto is described as a condition of "chronic somatic suffering stemming from emotional trauma or from witnessing traumatic experiences lived by others". Together we will discuss and practice ways that we can release susto & grief through indigenous limpia rites such as egg cleansing, soul retrieval & breathwork- these empowering tools will help us to recall the parts of your soul that have been lost. We are meeting for an intimate gathering at BxB Botanica with Lynsey -- all tools needed are provided!
