New Year Integration, Minding Your Medicine

                                 

This experience is curated to show you how to cut energetic cords, rid your auric field of other’s energy so that you can get a clear and visceral understanding of your own frequency. Understanding our own frequency is the foundation of healing and reprogramming. How can we become so in tune with ourselves that we no longer seek outside validation?  We will tap into our inner wisdom and connect with our ancestors for guidance and cultivating deeper inner trust. 

 

Throughout the six weeks we will be meeting with 6 different practitioners. They will be walking us through a variety of healing modalities that lead us closer to knowing our inner medicine. We believe in whole-istic healing and that is reflected in this program as we have an array of professionals from therapists to herbalists, astrologers to specialized doctors joining us. We are aiming to make this experience a well rounded healing journey for each individual present.

 

The journey begins on January 4th at 7pm under the Full Moon in Gemini. Each integration meeting was planned in accordance with the moon phase on that particular day. We will be speaking a lot about harnessing the energies from the celestial world as well as the physical world to help us be in closer rhythm to nature. We will also be talking in length about our ancestors, our connection to them and how to create ancestral altars. Another large part of each integration and of our journey is in learning how to live closer in harmony with mother nature as an act of healing and veneration. 

 

Minding your Medicine will be going live via zoom every Wednesday at 7pm EST. Anyone who misses the session will be able to access it the following day in our group portal. The portal will house our schedule, all meeting dates, playlist and meditation links, integration notes, practitioner information, herbal glossary, links for book suggestions, podcasts, music, papers etc. 

 

We are offering two different tiers for this integration! Please note- they are all available on payment plans. We require a $150 deposit (non-refundable) to secure your space as space is limited. We then send you payment plan options via email. 

 

The first tier offers access to the portal and includes a full plant medicine package curated to walk you through your 6 week journey and to support you vibrationally.

The second tier allows access to the portal only. We understand that many of our community members have their own ceremonial medicine sources or are wanting to join for the vibrational practice, we are offering a package that allows you to access the live classes and group portal.
