Bitter & Sweet Bano Combo

This 2 pack consists of one bitter bath and one sweet bath. 

Ideally you would take the bitter bath for 3 days - adding the concentrate to a gallon of water and splitting it into 3 days worth of banos. Take the mixture and add it to a bath where you soak your body or pour it over your head/body in a shower setting- setting intentions for the herbs and essences to remove anything from your life that does not serve your highest good.

After the 3 days of bitter bathing - follow with 3 days of your sweet bath. 

Following the same process, add the concentrate to a gallon of water to be split for 3 days. Take the mixture and add it to a bath where you soak your body or pour it over your head/body in a shower setting- setting intentions for the herbs and essences to bring sweetness into your life. Pray/ set intentions for ease, health, abundance, protection, sweetness, kindness, success, to lighten and heighten your vibration etc.

The gallon of water and bano blend can stay in the fridge until you use it.
