We strive to make the ordering process as easy and convenient as possible. Here's how it works:
For customers picking up at our Bronx Studio:
- Visit our website to browse our selection of products.
- Choose the products you want to purchase and add them to your cart.
- During checkout, select the 'Pick Up'
- Submit your order and please wait to hear from us with payment options. We typically process & email customers within 12-24 hours of your order.
- Once your order is confirmed & paid, our team will prepare your products and have them prepared for you during our open hours (Saturday & Sunday from 12-5pm)
- You must be at least 21 years old to purchase products.
For customers who would like delivery:
- Visit our website to browse our selection of products.
- Choose the products you want to purchase and add them to your cart.
- During checkout, select ' Delivery'
- Submit your order and please wait to hear from us with payment options. We typically process & email customers within 12-24 hours of your order.
- Once your order is confirmed & paid, our team will prepare your products and have them shipped to you within 24-48 hours.
- You will be emailed your tracking information once it is shipped
- You must be at least 21 years old to purchase products.
